The AWEsome Women’s Retreat has been developed by three award winning and nationally recognised women who have a passion for supporting women to find their awesome.


Jane Galloway, Quiet the Hive
Jane supports women to identify how they want to show up in the world, what they want, and then encourages them to go and get it. Through her work as a coach and facilitator, she empowers women to lead authentically. Her impact is seen through her demonstrable positive impact for clients on their confidence, resilience and clarity.

Quiet the Hive was born through a desire to do more to share the skills, confidence and wisdom that Jane has developed and used to work through her own Imposter Syndrome. Her flagship programme, Amazing Women Leaders, is designed to empower women to lead the authentic and brave lives they want to.

Quiet the Hive has been named as one of the #SmallBiz100 20202. Jane was recently recognised as an f:entreprenuer #ialso100 for 2020 which celebrates the most inspiring businesses run by women in the UK

Jane is a keen runner, volunteering with This Mum Runs and would always rather be by the sea. She is a Mum to two boys and lives in London.

Carrie-Ann Wade, Cat’s Pajamas
Cat’s Pajamas was founded by Carrie-Ann Wade, an expert communications leader with over 16 years experience under her belt. She has a strong healthcare communications background and has also worked with small, independent businesses to share her knowledge and expertise. She is now a mentor for communications professionals looking to develop their careers.

She’s a member of the Public Relations and Communications Association (PRCA), the world’s largest PR professional body and vice chair of their public sector communications group. She spent four years as chair of a national communications leads network.

Carrie-Ann is passionate about personal brand, marketing and creative communications. She is an experienced mentor and is always on the look out for opportunities to collaborate. Oh, and did we mention she loves Art Deco and has a passion for all things vintage?

Lorna Reeves, MyOhMy Events
Lorna Reeves is an award-winning business owner & entrepreneur. Recently awarded Best Wedding Planner 2019 by the National Wedding Awards with MyOhMy Weddings. MyOhMy Weddings is dedicated to supporting the LGBT+ community. Lorna is a force for change, driving and establishing a representation and a voice for the LGBT+ community in the wedding industry.

Also the founder of MyOhMy Events and Lorna made the leap to pursue her passion for creating experiential, game changing events, down to every last intricate detail. Elevating her clients’ brands and events in the campaign for no more boring conference spaces and lectures.

Lorna’s career didn’t begin the world of event planning, but in fact Lorna was a member of the Met Police, spending over 15 year in Forensics.  She took these skills and uses them in her business.
