The first of our online courses is focused on helping you to Reflect and Reset. This course will help you determine your values, build your confidence through understanding more about your inner critic, and define your approach to business.

What to expect

You will undertake three modules as part of Reflect and Reset, each guided by one of the AWEsome Women Tribe.

• Living with your inner critic – Jane Galloway
• Defining your Client/ Work colleague Avatar – Lorna Reeves

Each module has a workbook/ exercises for you to work through alongside each video or at the end of modules in your own time. The course will take you between three to five hours to complete.
